This grilled chicken with date honey and garlic recipe is a sweet and very tasty dish that is also easy to cook, economical, and pretty much everybody likes it (except for vegetarians!). The combination of garlic and honey is absolutely mouthwatering. For this recipe, I like using whole leg and thigh pieces, but you can use wings as well or a whole chicken if you like. I recommend you to soak the chicken the whole night, so the flavors can really penetrate into the meat and not remain only on the shell – but you can put it in the oven immediately after preparation of the job. So if you’re looking for something that’s packed with flavor and ready in no time… give this grilled chicken with date honey and garlic a shot: you won’t be disappointed!

With the broad blade of a knife – mash the garlic lightly. Add the crushed garlic and other ingredients onto the chicken. Coating it on all sides with your hands of course!
You can and should cover with plastic wrap – and put in the fridge for a night – you can also go on immediately to the next stage. Place in the oven at 350°F for 55 minutes. After this time your chicken is ready! Serve grilled chicken with date honey and garlic with rice or other great additions.
