Buffalo chicken burger – en.Kung-Food

Easy to be made at home, Buffalo chicken burger it’s a quite spicy kind of burger which tastes almost the same as buffalo wings; the recipe for the Buffalo chicken burger it’s really simple and very quick to make, but definitely worth it. What really gives the boost to this meal is the sauce, which you can make extremely hot and spicy or medium or even mild, if you are not really used to spicy food. These particular burgers are also cheap to prepare as you only need a few (not expensive) ingredients; as well as homemade burgers you can make also homemade ranch sauce, for an easy and finger-licking lovely lunch. The Buffalo chicken burger is the perfect choice for a dinner with friends; toegther with some nachos and a cold beer is will make your meal simply perfect.

1 1/2 pounds of ground chicken 1/4 cup of carrot, grated 1/4 cup of celery, finely diced 2 tablespoons of red onion, finely diced 1/4 cup of buffalo hot sauce 1 cup of cabbage, shredded 2 tablespoons of carrot, shredded 2 tablespoons of red cabbage, shredded 3 tablespoons of ranch dressing 4 buns

Salt and pepper to taste

First mix the carrot, celery, onion, hot sauce, chicken, salt and pepper and then form 4 patties; oil the rgill and heat to high, then cook the patties for about 5-6 minutes each side. Near the end, put some more hot sauce on top of the burgers and finish cooking, then set aside. Take the buns and assemble the burgers: dip each chicken burger in the buffalo sauce and place it on top of the bun, then add shredded carrot, cabbage and red cabbage.

If you want you can replace the carrot and the cabbage with some salad and some sliced tomato, that’s up to you and your personal taste. You are now ready to enjoy your Buffalo chicken burger!
